Dixieland Delights was created in 2002 after business partners Bryan Frazier and Matt Campbell discovered their passion for southern cooking. Dixieland serves up Lowcountry eats with a focus on South Carolina’s finest oysters, shrimp and bbq. Based in Charleston, SC they have catered throughout South Carolina, and most of the South (9 states to date). While we specialize in whole hog and pulled pork bbq as well as oyster roasts and our menu contains most dishes of Lowcountry lore including Frogmore stew, shrimp and grits, blue crabs, fried fish and lots of great Southern sides. Dixieland Delights will cater your party from 15 to 1500 guests. From corporate events, family reunions, and backyard parties to rehearsal dinners and lowcountry weddings, Dixieland has you covered.
